Maddie's Denver Bat Mitzvah


We kicked off Maddie's bat mitzvah weekend with Minyan at the Hebrew Educational Alliance. Maddie experienced wrapping tefillin for the first time with the help of rabbi sarah shulman, and was called to the Torah for an Aliyah.

After morning Minyan, we headed to the sanctuary to take family portraits.



An arctic blast came through Denver as Maddie was kicking off her Bat Mitzvah celebration, but her theme was Winter Wonderland, and it couldn't have been more perfect.


Family and friends got together at Valley Country Club to celebrate. Dinner was had, drinks were enjoyed, games were played, and then... there was DANCING! Hope you enjoy some of my favorites from the evening ;)
